Does it Count Visits to All Pages When in the Footer

Hi there,

Great plugin, works perfectly — but I have a query about what exactly it’s counting when it’s placed in the footer.

When the counter is in the footer, when someone visits the site, does it increment only once when they are visiting lots of pages, or is it incrementing once for every page they visit?
