Does it handle conditional fields?

    It fou select Other it will show a conditional label and field.

    1. Will your plugin work on these conditional fields? At the moment my CSS doesn’t seem too.

    2. What kind of styling with you plugin could I use to enhance this form?

    Just trying to answer these before installing.
