Does it have a Required Terms&Cond box per Product?

For now, you can add a link to the Terms & Conditions in the product description or create a checkbox with a Terms & Conditions link in the checkout form. Here’s how you can do it.- https://surecart.com/docs/adding-terms-conditions-in-checkout/

But after version 3 of SureCart there will be more ways to customize each product.
