    Hi

If using this plugin to enable quick subscription to newsletter via using shortcode [newsletter] why does it need a dedicated page? On subscribing it takes you to the NEWSLETTER page and says subscribed in that area where you used the [newsletter] shortcode anyway.

I don’t want to use an unstyled page or a message box or anything. Wherever the shortcode [newsletter] is used the subscriber sees the message ‘Your subscription has been confirmed’ anyway and this is making it redundant and time consuming by loading up a dedicated page/box/unstyledpage etc.

The documentation doesn’t clarify if this is possible since it keeps referring to a page
“The page should be selected in the “Newsletter page” option field, so Newsletter knows where to redirect the subscriber once an action is performed and a message needs to be shown. There is the option to not use a WordPress page, in that case Newsletter show messages in a flat, neutral page without any blog element.”

Is it not possible to have no pages/boxes at all? Just that default message.
