Does it support WPML and WP-Rocket?

    Which features in particular are you enquiring about?
    WP-Rocket is the direct competition, so you’re unlikely to need both?

    Because some features can be found at WP-Rocket and some only at WP-Optimize, so I am thinking is good to install both.

    You can install both, but you won’t be able to run page caching on WP-OPtimize, and you can’t run minify if the minification options are enabled in WP-Rocket.

    The other features should work fine.
