  • Hello and thank you for your feedback,

I have tested the plugin on Windows 10 with WordPress 4.3 and the most recent versions of Firefox (that’s where the screenshots are from), Chrome, IE Edge, and even an old version of Opera and an even older Safari 5.1.7. I also tested it on Firefox for Android on my mobile phone. Besides that, I have it installed in around 40 of the websites that I maintain. In all cases, it worked as expected.

From your description of the problem, my guess is that there might be some issue with the loading of jQuery and/or perhaps some conflict with some other installed plugin.

Could you please send me a list of your installed plugins, to do some local testing? A simple screenshot of your installed plugins screen would be enough.

I just checked the website of your profile and I see that you have the plugin’s eu cookie law acceptance banner displayed (and the old browser warning is also visible on IE8). Is it safe to assume that it eventually worked out for you?

I have Fixed it! I found an old admin plugin on sitewide activation and removed it

    I am so sorry

    All seems fine now!!

Well, those are a lot of plugins, some of which I have never heard of. First of all, though, beware about Boggle Woggle ADSENSE. It no longer exists in the WP repository, and from what I read here it contains malicious code. I strongly suggest that you remove it no matter what.

Regarding Slash Admin’s issue, what I would advise you to do is try to disable all your plugins and then enable them one by one, to see if someone conflicts with it.

Well, I guess we were typing our posts simultaneously :).

I’m glad you figured it out eventually. I ‘ll mark this topic as resolved, then.

Check what I told you about Boggle Woggle, though – it is important for you to fix it.
