Does it work in Portugal?

  • Hi,

    I am having trouble finding a plugin to integrate Fedex for an ecommerce based in Portugal. I have attempted working with another plugin but the connection couldn’t be made due to “rates and transit” service that is not active in Portugal.

    Do you have any client site that’s based in Portugal?
    The info I have from FedEx is that the rates request is not available in Portugal.

    I’ve checked both possibilities of shipping on our testing environment.

    Shipment with Origin in Portugal to Poland – rates were showing.

    Shipment with Origin in Poland to Portugal – rates were showing.

    My question is what do you want to accomplish? What origin you want to set for your shipments with FedEx and to which countries you want to show rates to?

    Please let me know as this is key information for us to know what you’re after.
