Does it work through a weblog client too?

    To be perfectly honest – I don’t know… but I don’t see why it shouldn’t… Let me know if you test it out.

    I’ll try to test it. If it works, I’m thinking about if it’s possible to try to write a github hook, so I could create a markdown repository and post it from there

    That sounds really cool. Let me know how it goes. Bear in mind that wp-markdown only supports markdown (and markdown-extra), not GitHub flavoured markdown.
