Does it work with a caching plugin

I am using another rating plugin but I am looking to switch. I am using the caching plugin, Hummingbird. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/hummingbird-performance/

Does the rating get updated if one of my visitors were to rate while I have the cache plugin enabled?
