Does it work with WordPress 3.9.1

I’ve started using a mvc design pattern for WordPress plugins. Does this framework work with the latest version of WordPress? We’re currently using WP 3.8.2 but we’re planning to migrate to 3.9.1 soon. My concern is this plugin doesn’t seem to be actively developed.
