Does it work with YITH add to quote plugin

Hi,
I am using premium version of this plugin for product addons. the problem i faced is that we provide quotation based solutions. I have added feilds to my product page but when i click submit your quotation the feild data are not submitted in this case. Is plugin work with add to quotation functionality? please help me out with this problem, its very urgent. Thanks
