    Hi,
Thanks for your query. Min/Max free indeed works well.
What rule are you trying to create? Please supply
    (a) what you set up in the rule
    (b) what the rule is supposed to do

    Hi My setting are.

    maximum purchase limit
    Cart only
    Use selection group
Selection group no changes in product categories or min max purchase, just ticked all memebership by role

Rule application method set to All in the population

    Apply to price = 30.00
custom message “Only a maximum order of €30 is possible”

I need to give error if total order with shipping and fees can only be 30 or less

    Hi,
    Thanks for the info.

    – rule setup looks correct. However, Max limits apply to purchases only, and not shipping or fees.

    – if your purchases are over the limit, and there is no warning message on the cart or checkout pages, then I’d suggest a module conflict.
To test for a module conflict:
    – deactivate all plugins except woo and Min/max
    – switch to a default theme
    – test. if good, add back 1 module at a time until conflict identified.

    Best,
    Vark

I think there’s no point for me to look for solution, if total(products+fees+shipping) can’t be controlled.

    thank you.

It looks like even the count of items doesn’t seem to work.
I will try the solution you mentioned, but I really need to total of cart including fees and shipping.

Just tested with your solution and no luck ??
I’m developing on localhost with myphpadmin if that makes any difference

Yup, Min/Max does not like localhost. Only works on actual servers…

going to test on real server in a bit and will report.

tried to test, but must have screwed up somewhere when migrating site.
It looks like I can “bypass” the problem I have by setting fixed price to shipping and fee and setting max purchase to max limit=30-(shipping+fee)

this should work in theory if the plugin works, but I can’t tell you 100% since I’m not going to test it on real server for a while.

still not sure why it wouldn’t work on localhost but I wouldn’t consider myself elite developer, so don’t quote me.
