Does my old WordPress.com hurt my SEO?

    So if I still have my blog on the free WordPress and it has the same content as my new hosted one will it hurt my SEO due to having same content?

    Should I delete it? Because it ranks better in some areas as my new one?
    Or could I change a few titles and content and send some inbound links to my new site.

    I appreciate any advice.

    https://www.alphamaleskills.com and my old one is the same title just with wordpress after it.

  • Generally, Google does not look kindly on duplicate content. I doubt trying to fool Google is likely to be successful.

    im not trying to fool them.. i am curious if i should now delete my old site now or use it to my advantage some way?
