Does no more work – no support – no reply on forum :(

  • Before I used the Plugin and it worked. Suddenly it was no more working. In the Forum I discovered that other user have same problem. But nobody cared even more than 1 month after posting. So I delete the plugin and can not recommend it!

    The plugin works!!!! If it doesn’t work on your site it is because of something on your site. Your criticism is unfair and uninformed.

    Takayuki Miyoshi does a fantastic job keeping this plugin up to date through the numerous WordPress releases. He also regularly awnsers genuine questions in this forum.

    Even more than 1 month after posting the problem, the post got no reply. So what is unfair? Anyway, I said even above, that the plugin first worked also for me. Then suddenly it didnt work anymore, maybe after one of the updates. So I posted the problem but never got help. So I just posted my experiences – nothing unfair with it.
    In the meantime I found a new plugin – Fast Secure Contact form – which is working fine.

    May I (we) know the exact issue you faced while using this plugin? (or any of it’s update?)

    Thank you, but I don’t need longer help with the bug. I posted it now more than 3 months ago – and of course I had to solve the problem faster than that. So I found an other Plugin which works fine for me.
    All I can say, that also Contact Form 7 before was working. Later it didn’t work anymore – I don’t know why. I posted the problem (with link and copy of the error message) to this forum but never get an answer. After more than 1 month waiting for an answer, I found with the help of another user (who had also issues with Contact Form 7) a new Plugin which is doing the job now. …

    Hi there

    On the face of it and the amount of downloads this plugin looks perfect for me, but I have installed (very simple) added the default prebuilt form to one of my pages but all I get in the waiting circle spinning round but the form does not appear to be doing anything.

    Any suggestions?
