  • Hello,

Please make sure that you have added a feed from your form settings, checked your desire list and enabled the feed.

    Hi,

    thank you for your answer.

    I did all of this.
I want that feed uses a mailpoet list named Newsletter, but it uses the list wordpress users instead. And it only transfers the mail address, but not the fields name .

    Greetings Karl

    Hello,

It’s working perfectly in our end. Please recheck your feed settings and make sure that you enabled the feed. (https://prntscr.com/o5u9cu)

Also please make sure that you are using the latest version of Mailpoet 3, Add-on Gravity Forms – MailPoet 3 and Gravity Forms

    Thank you.

I have the exact same problem and I can verify that I have a feed enabled and set up correctly.

I’ve been using this plugin for years – this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue.

Part of the issue appears to be if the person (or email address, at least) that is signing up already belongs to another list (wordpress users, for example). If that is the case, then nothing happens.

Hello, thanks for reporting. We are checking the issue.

Hello, we updated the plugin with some fix. Please update

    Thanks
