Could you perform the following steps to see if it resolves the issue? We recently fixed a bug that was causing the issue that you see, however it requires re-creating the gift card product in order to fix the issue:

1. Click on Products and locate the existing Gift Card product. Click on Trash to delete it.
2. Click on Pimwick Plugins -> PW Gift Cards and then click on “Create Gift Card Product”.
3. Return to the Products area and select the Gift Card product.
4. First, verify that the product is working correctly. If it is, finish any customizations that you have such as image and amounts.

I never had a working version

It looks like your theme creates radio buttons for the attributes rather than a select box. We are working on a solution and I will update this post as soon as we have reproduced your configuration.

We were able to quickly reproduce the issue using a plugin that transforms the Variations dropdown into radio buttons.

Version 1.28 was just released with the fix. To get the update:

1. Log into your WordPress Admin area.
2. Click on Plugins -> Installed plugins.
3. Scroll down to PW WooCommerce Gift Cards and click “Check for updates.”
4. The page will refresh, then scroll back down and click on “Update.”
