• Hi, I have some behavior which I need some help in understanding:

If I open, do NOT edit, but click Update for a custom post and in:

    AccessPress Twitter Auto Post
    Enable Auto Post
    Yes/No

    I select Yes,

The post is NOT auto updated to Twitter.

If I change the title of a post, then the post IS auto updated to Twitter.

This makes me think your plugin is checking if a Title of a post is changed and the plugin will only auto post if something has changed – is this correct?

Please explain the behaviour of the plugin……

  • HI there,

    Thank you for writing in,

It seems we have missed this topic to reply and apology for that. We have found your another message and our team already help you to fix this. If you have also marked this issue as resolve then we will be very thankful.

Thanks but I consider my other issue to be another separate issue, so fixing that one does not resolve this one ??

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing back.

Sorry for the late reply. It will only post for the WordPress default meta boxes. It will not post for the Customs post.

    Regards!

    Hi,

To be clear, what I meant in “custom post” is “custom post type”. I do not mean in any way “default meta boxes” that you refer to.

The plugin does work with custom posts. It says:

    Free Features:

    Auto post on Twitter Account
Auto post of new posts, custom post types (you can configure)

    Please help

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing back.

Our plugin does work for the registered custom post type, not the ones that is created by the plugin. Please check once on the WordPress default page.

    Regards!

    Hi,
I am sorry but respectfully I dont think your repsonses are making any sense.
    I will explain why:

Our plugin does work for the registered custom post type

Which registered post type?? Maybe you mean all? In any case, it is clearly stated in your plugin that it works with custom post types. I already have it working with CPTs. This is already known and has nothing to do with my issue.

not the ones that is created by the plugin

I am sure that the plugin is not creating any custom post types. There would be no need for that.

Please check once on the WordPress default page

Which WordPress page?? I have never heard of a default WordPress page. Do you mean on wp.org? Or in my site????

What also did not make sense is you saying that this issue was resolved because you addressed another issue I posted. The two are not related.

Respectfully I dont think you have the expertise to be providing sole support on this plugin.

I see you only recently joined on wp.org. and that you are not a plugin developer.

    What happened to the devs?

    HI Wpfan1000,

    Sorry for your inconvenience,

Some of the ID of the support team are newly registered in the www.ads-software.com because our company has the policy to reply with own company email id but they are qualified for this.

Could you please provide us some screenshots of your issues so that we can provide you with the proper solution.

    Thank You!!
