    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay, and for this question, but we have to ask, if your admin screen looks fully filled out like our screen captures on:

    Do you see any errors on the admin side of your site?

    Another possibility is that, the classic case of www vs. no www in the configuration. The Instagram application information from them is defined with the www prefix, and it possable that your site might be defined without it (under General Settings, WordPress Address and Site Address).

    Please change the Instagram settings in both Instagram App Page and Application Redirect URI under plugin settings.
