Does not appear to be working

When I add a rule, I get redirected to the general settings screen. The rule is not added and I see no error messages.
I am using the latest version of both the plugin and WordPress. Any help on this would be much appreciated.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-auto-expire-control/
