Does not appear where I want

If I go to a specific post page, the buttons are there, but if I go to the home page, I want them to appear after every post. Regular Viewers to my blog read my post on the home page, not by going to the postst own page:

So for example I can see the icons here

but not here

https://allowedtodoubt.net

I want to see them after every post on the home page.
