Does not collect data

    Hello!

    We installed this plugin sometime at the end of may of the begin of june and it collected data. We use WP Fastest cache (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-fastest-cache/).

    Now we have discovered that it does not any longer. We have automatic update on many things, incl. WP itself, so I am not sure which updates have got installed onto the site, but certainly at least WP 6.0.1, i.e. the currently newest core.

    Does this plugin work with WP 6.0.1? with WP Fastect cache 1.0.4 (the newest and yes, I have reset the cache a couple of times)? Yes, I have waited several days for data to appear.

    Pointers to solution appreciated.

    Hi @juhametsakallas,

    Aurora Heatmap works fine with WP6.0.1.
    Cache plugins can cause problems depending on the configuration.
    In many cases, this is due to the minify process of JS, etc.
    The following is a quote from the official site.

    First of all, you need to run a script called reporter.js to measure the Aurora Heatmap.
    Reporter.js uses jQuery, so it must be loaded before that.
    If you have problems with the behavior caused by the cache plugin, do the following

    * Stop binding JavaScript files (Minify)
    * Check if jQuery is loaded before reporter.js
    * Stop merging JavaScript files and stop the lazy loading itself or exclude jQuery and reporter.js.

    The heatmap display in the dashboard uses a drawing script called h337.js.
    If you have problems with heatmap rendering, try h337.js.

    It still looks like reporter.js is not loading on your site.

    I have been busy with other tasks. There seems to be a larger issue with some snippets not loading. I apologise for the noise.
