    When the customer tries to exchange, he goes to the order and clicks exchange, chooses the product to be exchanged and then chooses the new product he wants, when he clicks evr exchange order, the product he chose, he does not appear there.

    The issue may have occurred to some concern while activating the plugin settings, so please check the setup again and place a fresh order and let us know if still any concerns,

    Also, it will be great if you’ll share a video of the whole process if you face any concern so that we can check and help you accordingly with it.

    As you mentioned the exchange, we would like to tell you that feature is available in the premium version of the plugin so we request you to please connect premium support.
