Does not exclude product when price is empty

Hi

The feed is for Google Shopping

I have tried everything and nothing works. I have setup a filter that if :

Regular Price is empty (with nothing in value) then exclude but products still show up in the feed with 0.00

Regular price is less than or equal to 0.50 exclude and nothing the same again.

I have tried to select in the filter Price instead of regular price no difference. By the way in the system the product price is empty with nothing in it as I do not want to have a 0.00 for price just in case.

Any ideas will be great.
