Does not find all unused tables and data

Is there a WordPress plugin that can actually find tables left behind by uninstalled and deleted plugins. This plugin cannot!
All of the uninstalled and deleted plugin’s settings and auto created pages (if said plugin does that upon install) are not being deleted from DB.
