Does not fulfil the services

In the long run, I am really disappointed. Initially I tried the free feature, which was fine. Then I switched to the paid version. But unfortunately the plugin does not perform as it should. Posts are often not posted. Then you are linked to an instruction page, which is useless.
The really annoying thing is that the interruptions to the network occur more frequently. You are forced to check it all the time, which in the end is no longer a time saver. If one does not notice that the connection to the social media accounts is interrupted, all the preparation of the posts is for nothing!
Error messages also constantly when logging in. I don’t know what’s going on.
In the end, you only get links with prefabricated answers from the support team. This is definitely not sufficient for a paid plugin! If a plugin needs its own forum/community page, that doesn’t bode well. Something like this should be possible for users of the free version. For a paid version I expect the help of the support. I can find link pages and instructions on my own. Especially since they are so long that I have to read them for an hour.
