Does not handle apostrophes in Title

Hi, seems like there are few glitches. Agreed with the last post — the issues are preventing me from paying for the upgrade. Fox example, if I enter an apostrophe in the Title field it comes out as /’ in the title bar, some sort of escape character it appears. I’ve tried the alternative HTML code ' but get the same result. Please fix or I have to move on to another solution.
