Does not integrate with custom form

1. No error messages in the MailChimp for WordPress log
2. I found NO ENTRIES in the MailChimp API log for the latest integrations
3. Merge of the fields checked – OK

I think the problem it’s on step 2, but please note that I don’t have problem with the other integrations (ex. Registration and Checkout form)

I also notice …. I add the form on at the side bar of this page https://www2.signaturecd.com/contact/ and still not getting any integration with mailchimp.

I tried the form in the footer and got the error underneath the form after trying to submit: Please fill in the required fields.

This indicated a field is set to required but not included in the form.

The form now is working (the problem was because of the auto filling … after I retype the name & email works!!!!)

But … the contact us still not integrate with mailchimp https://www2.signaturecd.com/contact/

It might be that our plugin is having trouble picking up the field name yit_contact[EMAIL].

If our plugin picked up the submission but does’t submit it to MailChimp there should be an error in the log on the Other page.

The naming of the fields in the form might be a bit hard for our plugin to translate to your MailChimp fields, especially when you made firs/last name a required field.

To make sure our plugin can find the fields you can rename them to mc4wp-MERGETAG.
where MERGETAG is the name of the field in MailChimp.com

We took another look and noticed the mc4wp-subscribe checkbox is actually outside of the <form> tag.

Please make sure the checkbox is included before the </form> tag. That should help the plugin pick up the submit and at least show something in the log.

Regarding your messages above … are not very clear.

I think the problem is that is missing the command to send the input fields to the mailchimp. See links below:

Apart from this the only issue that I can think is that on mailchimp the EMAIL is define as email and in my contact form as text.
