• There was a problem, all my sites were infected. Couldn’t clean up, even wrote a previous review with a bad rating. But then I contacted the author. A great wonderful plugin and an author who will help you! He figured out the situation, added new signatures and the plugin cleaned everything perfectly. Always write to the author of the plugin first, do not rush like me with a bad assessment. This is a great plugin!

    Please understand that this is not a typical outcome. Most people find that my plugin fixes the problem on the first try, as you can see from all the other reviews. I don’t know why it didn’t work for you on your site but I’m sure that I could help you find the solution if you had been interested enough in a solution to contact me for support. I offer excellent support for my plugin too, so I am surprised and disappointed that you did not even try to contact me before writing your review. Why not start with a support ticket?

    I have submitted a request to delete this review. The author of the plugin helped to understand the problem, found a solution to how to clean up, solved the problem completely. I really would not like such a review to remain. The author of the plugin is a very conscientious good developer! The plugin works perfectly!
