Can you please follow our documentation and try importing using the sample CSV files we’ve provided? We’ve recently released a new version, so please upgrade and give it another try.

I don’t know what can be attached the screenshot that after 5 minutes still does not charge, 0% for a 1 KB file. I took your example file uploaded to Google Sheet put the data that interest me and left empty those that do not interest me, I added an ACF (Link_youtube) field, downloaded to CSV files and loaded as a simple loading. Thank you for the details provided. It appears there may be a compatibility issue with your current WooCommerce version and our plugin. Can you upgrade to the latest version of WooCommerce? This may resolve the import issue you’re experiencing.

At this moment I cannot update to the new version of WooCommerce because changes to the theme and Woocommerce have been made and a child theme has not been created. So I am currently unable to update to WooCommerce. Would there be other solutions?
