Does Not Lock Content

    Hi – I have installed your plugin – well done on this.

    However, there is a way to bypass the locker feature.

    After clicking share, the popup box for Facebook appears. By clicking on the main browser window, you can bypass Locker Cat (the locked content is shown).

    Please advise.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Locker Cat was bit of a pet project. We are aware the lock can be bypassed by closing the window. However the majority of viewers are not going to assume this, and proceed with the share.

    We created Locker Cat with the intention of it getting more interest, and us eventually building a better version, that would verify the shares first, and eventually a premium version as well.

    Unfortunately it has not gotten a lot of attention, and we don not feel it’s worth putting more development work into.

    We still want to leave it available for people. And we will continue to update it with bug fixes, and compatibility patches if needed. But for now the plugin is “as is”.
