Does not open WA anymore

  • Thanks for your great work! Everything worked fine after settings things up for a while.

    About 4 weeks later my customer called me it does not open Whatapp anymore. It leads to the WA-download-site instead of opening the program as it did before.

    Did they change anything? An iPhone and an Android phone show up the same behaviour on the mobile site of my page. Desktop still seems to work but it does not seem to recognize the WA-installation on smartphones. And I changed nothing.

    I have looked at the whole thing and unfortunately cannot understand your error message.

    i have tested it on my iphone and my xiaomi redmi 9 and the app always comes up.

    do you have any plugin in use that somehow shoots in here?
