Does not output the HTML link in the dashboard

just that you know, I have seen this on several sites, I think in the Dashboard in wp-admin it does not show the text anymore with the link, instead it outputs the HTML:

Your site is currently at a high risk for brute force activity. Consider <a  target="_blank">premium protection</a> if frequent attacks persist or website performance is degraded

It probably should look like this with an actual link instead of the <a> tag
