I tried in several ways, I did step by step, not to have an error. It worked only once after it stopped, My payment mode is customized, so when the customer purchase already drops as processing. The credentials are correct, the printer is connected. I do not know what could stop this.

    Hi Mary,

Thanks for reaching out to the support forum.

Based upon the behavior you described of a single print job, the automatic print function could be blocked by the hosting provider or conflicting with a custom configuration you mentioned.

For us to better support your specific issue, can you please create a support request at https://www.bizswoop.com/support/

When you submit a request, please include a screenshot of your Locations tab for the Plugin. And trigger 3 orders for printing. After those orders are triggered (even in the automatic print doesn’t occur), please go to the Logs tab. Download the log file, save as txt.

On our support page, please list the printer model, attach the screenshot of the location tab and log for our Support team to review. If you are using another plugin for your customized payment mode, please provide the link. And in the information field provide more clarity on the comment “so when the customer purchase already drops as processing.” What WooCommerce status does the order get placed in after payment is processed? WooCommerce – Processing?. This will help us evaluate any conflicts and provide support.

    Thank you.

Hi, I’m going to do this, the test pages quit, but the requests do not. I really thought about this possibility of being the hosting. I’m going to open a ticket on the media to see if that’s it. And everything you said I’ll do. Thanks for the support how fast you are.

    Mary,

Glad we could help. One last recommendation, If you are running the latest version 1.0.13, disable the background printing functionality under the General tab. Often hosting provides won’t block the automatic printing function if it’s not running in the background.

We will consider this support request closed on this forum, but please feel free to open a support request as mentioned above, we would be happy to continue providing troubleshooting.

    Regards,
