    With the latest update, when placing fulfill the order, it remains processing without finishing.

    Hi @maza25,

    We didn’t make any changes in the latest version that would cause this issue. It’s possible that there’s a conflict with another plugin.

    Please try deactivating all other plugins except for AST and WooCommerce, and check if the issue persists.

    I found the problem, it’s with the loco traslate plugin, they say the problem is yours, so what do I do?

    We have checked the issue with the Loco Translate plugin and couldn’t replicate the problem on our end. Could you please record a video demonstrating the issue and share it with us? This will help us better understand the problem and find a solution for you.

    Hi, I’ll show you what happens when I try to finalize the order by placing the tracking.
    When I deactivate the plugin, El Loco Translator does the process and finishes it correctly. When it is active, it remains like that forever.

    Which language are you using on your website?

    Could you please check the error log to see if there are any errors related to our plugin? You can do this by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and searching for the fatal-error logs.

    Here’s what I found:

    SoapClient: Your server does not have the SoapClient class enabled – some payment gateway plugins that use SOAP may not work as expected.

    WooCommerce Legacy REST API Package: The Legacy REST API plugin is not installed on this site.

    The error you found is not related to our plugin. It seems to be related to SOAP and the Legacy REST API, which might affect some payment gateways. If you’re experiencing issues with payment gateways, enabling SoapClient on your server may help.

    We couldn’t replicate any issue with Latin Spanish while adding tracking to the orders.
