Does not re-direct to correct page

This is the code I have in the pop up box:

https://www.tattooac.com/tattooed-art-culture-calendars%E2%80%8Ewhich results in a 404 page.
Why is there an extra %E2%80%8E in the link code? How can I get this to direct to the correct page?
