Does not read public MP3 folder

Doesn’t read my public MP3 folder. Regardless of settings, I get the following error, even though I have set up list.php in the MP3 folder
Player could not read MP3 files…
Download ‘list.phps’ then rename this file to ‘list.php’ and upload to private MP3 Folder, so player can read MP3 files index URLs.I am using a completely fresh WP 3.5.1 install here:
