If you want to allow your customers to pick up packages at access points, you need to set this up in your UPS shipping method.
In the UPS shipping method configuration window from the Access Points drop-down list select All services and Access Points or Only Access Points option. However, collection points are not available for every shipping location, therefore it is safer to select All services and Access Points.

Also, be sure to enable UPS services in the Services Table.

Now your customers should see the nearest UPS access point from the shipping address provided on the checkout page.

I also need the shipping mode to be linked to UPS. I have an online art gallery and the artists have their homes or workshops in different locations, so the collection of the product should be done in these and the delivery to the address that the client has registered. Do you know any solution? Is there a way to activate it in your plugin or do you know another that can do it? I’m searching the net and I can’t find more than one, WC Pickup Store at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wc-pickup-store/ , but besides seeing the dropdown in the checkout, it doesn’t allow me to link the pickup with UPS. Thanks for the additional explanations. It is now clear what you want to accomplish.
Unfortunately, our UPS plugin doesn’t allow to use of multiple store origin addresses (or multiple collection points). This is a live rate plugin that calculates the shipping cost automatically based on the store and receiver address, shipment contents, using the UPS API, and your individual UPS account pricing.

However, a similar idea is already on the list of potential changes to the UPS plugin, so there is a possibility it will be implemented in one of the future updates.

I don’t think that, at the moment, there is any plugin (or at least I don’t know of one) for WooCommerce that will allow you to set many different collection points (sender’s addresses) and integrate the shipment with a UPS account at the same time.
As for the WC Pickup Store plugin, I believe that Multivendor Marketplace type of plugin would be more useful for you. A good example of such a plugin is Dokan: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/dokan-lite/
