Does not save

  • Hello, good morning, I am testing your plugin and I have a problem, it does not save any changes, I create product lists, price rules, I hit the save button, but when I update the page it appears empty, as if I had not loaded anything. The only thing that appears to me are the product lists that I create in the drop-down to create price rules, but nothing else appears.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, can you please check if the developer console (right click -> inspect -> navigate to the console tab) is showing any errors while saving, if yes please a screenshot of the same.

    I got the same issue.
    After saving can’t find the list that I just saved.

    DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://”/wp-content/plugins/aco-woo-dynamic-pricing/assets/css/backend.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

    I tried to follow the steps you describe above.

    @danbaileyza can you please check your permalink settings, please make sure it is not set to plain. If this doesn’t solve the issue, please check if developer console (right click on browser window -> inspect -> navigate to console tab -> check if it showing any errors in red).

    thanks @ijasacodez – it was the max_input_vars that needed to be increased in the server settings. Maybe worth a warning message on the plugin showing what the min required is.
