    I have some metadata in my code to add to the orders, but for some reason, sometimes if I generate it and sometimes not, does anyone have any idea what happens?
    Or some alternative to metadata that I can use?

    The request here is a bit vague and it’s difficult to suggest alternatives without knowing a bit more about the extra data you’re trying to add or the code that you’re using ??

    With this in mind, can you elaborate on the exact process flow you’re following and what the meta is supposed to do/convey?

    yes, I try before generating the order with ‘$ order-> payment_complete ($ reference);’
    generate metadata such as $ item_values-> add_meta_data (‘_EstatusEcommerce’, 1, true); There are a total of 13 metadata that I try to generate, sometimes it generates it and other times it does not generate it
