    It was not connected to another plugin. I did try to disable all the plugins. It had conflicts with Themify themes. Since, only your plugin had problems with Themify themes, and it was production site for a customer, I removed the plugin and installed another plugin.

    I see. Can you give me some description of this conflict? Maybe this was some kind of error and you can give me it’s description – so we will be able to fix this?

    I will ask the customer for access again. If I get the access then I will try to troubleshoot for you. I cannot promise that I will have access to the site for testing.
