Does not seem to work

  • With this plugin active, email still was sent to original intended target email (when using Post SMTP for sending, not sure if that makes difference).

    Second, when I disabled Post SMTP, no email got sent at all (expected: email is redirect to server admin email address).

    Yes that’s the plugin. But when I deactivate it, wasn’t able to get email sent, from what I can see (on an AWS Lightsail instance using Ubuntu 22.04 with latest Apache and PHP 8.2.10).

    @authentico Thanks for the confirmation and additional info. Would you mind going to Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info, click the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, and then paste that into a response here? That will give me some additional information to determine where the issue may be.

    Do you know the method that is used to specify that the site is staging vs. production? I originally wrote this plugin with the intent for it to be used on WP Engine hosting, but I would definitely like for it to work on other environments too.

    Hi, sorry for the delay, I had trouble with www.ads-software.com running really slow when I tried to login, and then got busy with other tasks.

    Do you know the method that is used to specify that the site is staging vs. production?

    There is no flag anywhere. I just created a staging version of the live website on a subdomain with the url test.mydomain.com.

    Do I need to add a Constant into the wp-config file for this plugin to work? I didn’t see this in the Installation Instructions for the plugin, so maybe I missed this step.
