Do you get any response message after you submit the form?

Hi Takayuki.
After submission of the form everything is ok. The “thank you” message comes out, the data is saved in the Flamingo plugin.

What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

I am working with a client who’s previous site developer built the site using Divi with Contact Form 7. They are having the same issues with their forms – the forms appear to submit successfully but no emails ever arrive announcing a form submission. Screenshots here: https://imgur.com/a/P6GQTgu

I have created and tested a new form with the same results and tried multiple email addresses. Your help would be much appreciated.

You seem to have uninstalled WPForms Lite. Did it change the situation?

I installed WP Form lite, I tried it and it didn’t work either, I uninstalled it.
I was also contacting the technical service of the hosting, and they tell me that everything is fine, but, they made me the observation that I should check the spam folder because the domain is in some blacklists (UCEPROTECTL3 / ivmURI).
I have always been careful to have dmarc configured in my email client.
I don’t know if any of this is affecting CF7 since a few weeks ago.

If it is a fact that the domain is in blacklists, it is likely to affect email delivery. Do you know the reason why the domain is blacklisted?

No idea why that happened. I continue to receive and send emails from that address without any problems.
I am going to try today to unsubscribe the domain from those blacklists, I’ll let you know.

Hi Takayuki, the form is already working correctly, seems that when it’s automatically exit the blacklist “ivmURI” everything is working normally again. Thank you for your attention.
