What’s the URL. Are you using any caching plugins? If so, try to flush the cache. There is also an option to flush the store locator cache in the tools section on the WPSL settings page.

now i tried [wpsl_map category=”Magazalar” phone=”true” email=”true” url=”true”] but still it doesn’t appear

Try to add this code to functions.php inside your active theme folder.

Do flush the transient cache on the WPSL settings page ( tool sections ), and the browser cache
