Does Not Show Display on Mobile View

I used the Clever Mega Menu For Elementor on a website that I’m designing, and the menu doesn’t show up in the mobile view.

[Note: I am aware that miked79 created a topic on this four months ago, but I am starting another one because his thread was marked as resolved, but it wasn’t actually resolved.]

On the monitor and tablet view it shows up perfectly. Whereas in the mobile view it only shows a blue rectangle, and no menu items or button.

My friend who has some coding experience made me some videos in which he comments on the coding in relation to this, in his search for the issue. I would be happy to share these if it may be helpful.

Would it be possible to get the menu to work correctly on mobile view, just as it does on other devices?
