does not show in registration form

Are you using bbpress? I have a test bbpress installed now. I might be able to fix that. I will try later tonight.

sorry, wordpress asks if I want to be notified by email but never notifies

Basically, my theme author said if you can provide shortcode for it, it can be entered into the theme’s corresponding page to do it.

Is it still not working?
Did you try my updated version 1.0.7?
The WordPress registration page already has standard hook that I use. register_form
If you make a custom template or theme, you should also use the hook so that plugins like mine can function on your register page:
do_action( 'register_form' );

Short code is not necessary.

No it didn’t

then I basically enabled buddypress, since you have option to show there too.

It did not show there at /register page but when submitting a test profile it gives the error

You have selected an incorrect reCAPTCHA value

so basically it is there, but won’t show.
