You shouldn’t get a popup after installing the popup. So far there has been no such complaint, the problem may be from another plugin. Would you be able to attach a photo so I can see this popup? Only from the plugin can some pop-ups come out, only with some action in the plugin settings to confirm a given setting or an informative pop-up if you use the function to delete old thumbs.

It looks like you use some external libraries in your plugin to show videos? And this pop-up window is integrated into them. Which pops up only if the admin panel user is in Russia.

Look at their website, they even write a message about Ukraine in the top line. I have nothing against them, but you need to be more careful when using third-party libraries. Now the problem is that we develop websites for clients and make websites for ourselves. All employees and customers see this popup window and therefore we may face big problems with law enforcement. You are putting at risk of criminal prosecution for discrediting the authorities in Russia of ordinary people, web designers and developers who use your solution. If someone complains about this, web designers and site administrators may be harassed.

A video with a person who is recognized as a foreign agent in Russia, he is being persecuted in Russia and any dissemination of this information puts other ordinary people at risk.

Yes, the problem is from an external library and this video is only displayed on sites from Russia, that’s why it doesn’t appear for me. The library version has changed, you can update the plugin to version 1.5 and you shouldn’t have this problem. Please give feedback if everything is fine with you after you upgrade.

About the icon issue – if you provide more info I can also take a look and possibly fix the issue.

Hi! The problem was not solved, as soon as I activated the updated plugin, this window appeared again. As far as I understand it appears in the frame.
I deleted the cache, updated and activated the plugin. As soon as I go into product editing or the plugins section, this window appears. If you close it, it will appear after a while, but not always the same. It appears randomly.

Please try with version 1.6 after update delete the cache and if you use cloudflare and on it delete the cache. Now I have put a version of the library that should be clean and not have this problem. Also if the problem persists please check your plugins are not using the library SweetAlert2

I tried disabling plugins, it didn’t help. It seems to me that the icons do not appear because they are already paid in awesome. They have a lot of icons in the premium version, they have significantly reduced the use of free ones. It would be nice if I could add an svg icon of my own.

The link field cannot be seen by any search engine. Only a user who is logged in can see that field. All search engine or people who are not logged into the forums see is this for the link field.

This is not that hard: don’t use shortlinks on this site. When found they will be expanded.

These are community forums and do not belong to any developer or user. You cannot get “private” support here; that does not exist on this site and that will not change. If a developer wishes to provide support somewhere else then that is up to them. But if it is on this site then it will not be private between you and the developer.
