Does not support mobile version..???

I am using it on localhost and testing it on chrome using Responsive view, It works fine on iPad and iPhone but does not show anything on Nexus, Kindle Fire and HTC. Does this plugin not support all the mobile OS or i am doing something wrong.
Any quick help will be very helpful.
