• I purchased the premium version of the plugin, submitted multiple support requests and got no response. Plugin file search does not work properly.

    @princeahmed Do not report this review a 3rd time.

    This plugin uses the plugin page for free advertisement and this review is 100% valid and does not need a moderator to do anything.

    Plugin and theme developers cannot in anyway support customers on this site. That is not allowed.

    But when you up sell and this plugin does, you cannot complain that you get free advertisement and do not want to deal with your customers. The plugin author invited this review the moment they did that.

    Our team has thoroughly investigated the issue you reported and identified the root cause. We have discovered that when Full-text search is enabled, it appears to interfere with the search functionality, resulting in it not working as expected. This seems to be the case in your current situation.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend disabling the Full-text search. You can do this by navigating to the Permissions tab and deselecting the Full-text search option. Upon doing this, your search function should operate as intended.
