Does not sync all products

The site’s PHP memory_limit could be causing a time out which would stop the products from syncing properly.

What the limit should be depends on how much else a site has going on. Once you start adding other memory-intensive extensions (SEO packs, page builders, activity monitors, etc), the need changes.

We generally recommend a limit of at least 512MB to ensure that everything is covered, though sites could demand more.

Hello, how is everything?
We already checked and we have 2GB of memory dedicated to the site on WordPress, as well as max_execution_time is at 3000 in the Log shows that everything was sending the products, but even then the products are not going, on Facebook it is always the same.

Even excluding a catalog and creating a new one did not work.

Thanks for the status report. I couldn’t spot anything that could cause the issue.

If the shop was created manually (outside of the plugin wizard), you will need to select the correct catalog via the Settings in the Commerce Manager.

If only some of your products are missing from your Facebook shop, then this may be due to some of your products being out of stock or being virtual products.

Out of stock products are not synced to Facebook. As such, if some but not all of your products have synced to Facebook, filter your list of products by stock status to determine how many products are currently out of stock in your store (or how many are in stock) to see if this number matches the number of items that are missing from your Facebook catalog.

Virtual products are not allowed as part of Facebook’s e-commerce policy, and therefore can’t be shown on your Facebook shop. As such, you will notice that any virtual products your store has won’t be synced to Facebook.

If none of the above apply, please check your global sync setting and product level sync setting, and if those are correct try a conflict test to see if that resolves the issue.

Hello I was away for a while because of COVID, I’m back here.

Look, I checked all the questions, and I didn’t find anything.

– No product is virtual
– All products are in stock
– Recently we moved to a better server than before
– Catalogo e Pixel was created by the Plugin at installation
– Global and individual product synchronization does not occur.
– Inside the product in Metatag it shows the ids, if I click on Reset it shows that the product has not been synchronized, this happens with all products.

Since you mention this, are able to disconnect Facebook and reconnect it back and check if the sync works? Instructions to reconnect are here.

Also, were you able to perform a conflict test before you reached out to us? If you haven’t then, I would urge you to try this and check on the products being synced before you go the disconnection route step mentioned above.

Thanks for the video! In the video, it appears that you are setting some products to be excluded on the Facebook side first. I wanted to mention that, from our documentation:

The exclusion settings should be selected before enabling the product sync, as any products already synced will not be removed automatically after being excluded.

Is it possible to try and exclude the products on the WooCommerce side before attempting the product sync? Are you excluding those products for a specific purpose?

From what I understand, the issue is that the remaining products are not syncing.
