    Hello, I have done the configuration hundreds of times for several customers, but in one customer in question the Plugin does not synchronize all products, always always hangs on 9 products.

    It always synchronizes the same 9 products, the other 150 despite showing the ID and showing how synchronized does not appear in the catalog, I don’t know what else to do.

    Hello, I manually sent the CSV file that the Plugin generates and it worked, all the products appeared on the Facebook Catalog.

    It just doesn’t work automatically, I do the updates manually.

    Hi there @timbalada88,

    Based on the logs you sent, it looks like these are variable products. Can you confirm for us whether using Global Attributes, rather than Custom Product Attributes, helps to sync the products in question?
